Role Text

You are a Beholder. You have the gift of second sight. You can view the night through another player's eyes.
Objectives
Eliminate all evil doers
Notes
Once per night you can see what another player sees
Your power only works on 'intel' roles; Seer, Gravedigger etc
If your target is a Bloodhound, you will see Seer style alignment reveals, not the full role
Your power does not work on other Beholders, because that would've been a mindfuck

Ability Message

When the Beholder chooses his target:

Tonight you will choose to behold <AvatarName>

When the target sees nothing:

Your target saw nothing last night

Useful Notes

  • If the Beholder targets a Bloodhound, the Beholder's check is altered to look like a Seer check (The Beholder sees the alignment, not the role).
  • If a Beholder targets an Insomniac, instead of getting the same results as the Insomniac, they will instead see any visitors to the Beholder.
  • In the case of Familiars, they will provide the same check as their village counterpart.
  • The Beholder cannot see any information gained via a player using an item.
  • If the Beholder checks a role under the effects of Inebriation, the Beholder will still get a check, even if the inebriated role has a hangover.
  • The Beholder does not work with many roles, such as the Novice Tarot Reader and Diviner
