If the Omegawolf kills you, the wolves will be unaffected

Maple Wolves are also affected if they kill you

Vampires are not affected

If there are any Undead in the game, you will appear Undead to the Seer

Useful Notes

• Because the Omegawolf is night immune they will not be affected by the diseased.
• The Alphawolf cannot use their enrage ability if affected by the diseased.
• If a Maple Wolf kills the Diseased, they will be unable to kill the following night.
• If Undead are present in the game, the Seer and roles that perform alignment checks will see the Diseased as Undead.
• Items kills or a redirect from the Martyr's Crown will also cause disease on the wolfpack.
