The Aristocrat is a neutral role that gains Influence at a faster rate and can investigate other players to determine how much influence they have. The Aristocrats are Neutral until they join one of the factions. They can join evil factions when a Deity challenges Tyr but can only join the Village if they are the Aristocrat with the most influence and the Monarch dies.
Each night the Aristocrat can choose a player and discover how much influence that player has.

Role Text
- You are an Aristocrat. You are seeking to rule this land.
- Objectives
- Be the Monarch at the end of the game and win with the village.
- -OR-
- Join an evil faction and win with them
- Special Abilities
- You gain x2 Influence compared to other players. For example, if an action would result in a player gaining (2) Influence, you would gain (4) instead.
- You will lose this Influence bonus if your role changes
- You may investigate a player a night to find out how much Influence they currently have
- You will become the Monarch if you have the highest Influence of any living Aristocrat when the existing Monarch dies
- If you become the Monarch and die but no other Aristocrats are left alive, you will remain the Monarch and win if the village does
- You are neutral until you join another faction, or become the Monarch
- You will have a chance (and choice) to join another faction every time their Deity challenges Tyr
