Item Text
You can use the Martyr's Crown to divert a kill to yourself. If your target is attacked protection will not save you.
Usage Text
Upon activating this item you see the following message:
- Tonight if <AvatarName> is attacked you will die instead
Useful Notes
- The Martyr's Crown is not destroyed when it is successful at redirecting. However in most cases it will be stolen by the killer.
- The kill redirected to the holder of the Martyr's Crown cannot be prevented, for example a Protector cannot stop the kill from happening on the holder of the Martyr's Crown.
- If killing the holder of the crown has side-effects for the killer (eg, Wolfpack being redirected to Diseased) then these effects will still apply as if the kill was originally directed at the holder.
