Vermin Talisman
The Vermin Talisman is an item that unleashes a hoard of rats upon a target player. The following night, that player will be Role-Blocked and Item-Blocked and will make a random visit to one of their neighbours in fear. Any visitors to that player will suffer the same effects - being both role and item-blocked and making an additional random visit.
The next night the rats will automatically move to a new target that is up to two Neighbours away.
The holder of the Vermin Talisman can recall the rats when they wish to, then redeploy them the following night.
