Heart of Wham!
The Heart of Wham! is an item that must be used on another player the night that the player holds it. If a target is not selected, a target will be randomly decided. It will give the recipient an item, along with a potential status effect the night it is used on them.

If you start the night with a Heart of Wham! you must use it on another player.
The Heart of Wham! has a 20% chance of being destroyed after being used, if it is not destroyed, it is passed to the player it was used on.
The Heart of Wham! will draw one action from the following bag and apply it to the target.
nothing x3 be Itemblocked x2 be Roleblocked x2 become Concussed x1 have a random item destroyed x1
The target will then receive a gift created by the Heart of Wham! in the form of a random item.

You cannot pass your Heart of Wham! to another player - Given if you try to use the standard pass instead of use action
