The Heart of Wham! is an item that must be used on another player the night that the player holds it. If a target is not selected, a target will be randomly decided. It will give the recipient an item, along with a potential status effect the night it is used on them. Also, there is a 20% chance the Heart of Wham! will be destroyed upon use (its effects go through regardless for that night)

You have been given a Heart of Wham! But the very next day, you must give it away
The player you give your heart will draw one resolution from a bag of the following:
- nothing x3
- be Roleblocked x2
- be Itemblocked x2
- become Concussed x1
- have a random item destroyed x1
The Heart of Wham! will spawn a random gift for your target
The Heart of Wham! has a 20% chance of being destroyed each time it is used
Usage Text
The following message is received if you start the night with a Heart of Wham!:
- Your Heart of Wham! will be used on a random player if you do not pick a target yourself
When you choose a target:
- Tonight you give your Heart of Wham! to <AvatarName>
The following message is received if you try to pass the Heart of Wham! the standard way instead of its "give" action
- You cannot pass your Heart of Wham! to another player
