Paul Allen has mistaken me for this dickhead Marcus Halberstram. It seems logical because Marcus also works at P&P and in fact does the same exact thing I do and he also has a penchant for Valentino suits and Oliver Peoples glasses. Marcus and I even go to the same barber, although I have a slightly better haircut

Each night, the Demon Lord can choose to either visit another player and blight them, or they can choose to ignite all players who are blighted, killing them.

Role Text

You are a Demonlord. A prophecy speaking of the rise of a Demon to untold power has lead you to this village. For it to come true, you must slaughter all those that live here.

Objectives

Kill all other factions

You immediately win if 50% of the village are demons, regardless of how many other factions remain

Special Abilities

Each night you may choose to Blight a player or slay all those you have Blighted

Igniting the Blight cannot be protected against and will kill even a Vampire

The Blight follows a player's soul, so you will may notice shapeshifts or Djinn-swaps

If you choose to ignite, all blighted players (blighted by whatever means), will be killed, this bypasses night immunity

An empty moderator message is sent when any night action is used by the Demon Lord

Useful Notes

• A player killed from an ignited blight cannot be protected by any means, including by being night immune.
• The Demon Lord is able to see which players they have blighted as their names will be marked.
• The Elder is not killed by ignition if they still have their extra life remaining.
• A Demon Lord can only ignite blights that they created. Blights from other sources, such as from other Demon Lords or a Gauntlet of Blight, will not be affected.
