The base Lich Spell gives the following options:

Lich spells are etched into the skin torn from freshly killed undead. They can be used to increase the power of Liches currently in the game.
Lich spells take effect from the night after they are cast.
You may choose from the following options -
1) Give Liches permanent night immunity
2) Give any Undead with decay on them immunity from Role Blocks
3) Give decay a 66% chance of item blocking a non-undead player when triggered

2) Give dead Undead with decay a 25% chance of being revived when a Lich triggers the Decay

Tonight you will increase the chance Decay causes an Itemblock when triggered
