The Potion of Insight is a single use item that will reveal the exact role of a village-aligned target, or a random village role if used on a non-village-aligned target.

A Potion of Insight only ever reveals a village aligned role. If you target village aligned player, it will reveal their full role to you If you target a non-village aligned player, it will return the role of a randomly selected village aligned player instead of your original target's role

Usage Text

When you target a player with the item you receive the following message: This information is missing, if you are able to add it please do so

You receive the result of your check in the morning. The message will read:
