The two main intel roles in this setup, the Seer and the Gravedigger, will likely want to wait a few days before claiming, so they can gather information before the Wolfpack find them, but this can be risky with the Wolfpack having a Bloodhound who is able to check the role of other players in the game. The Seer may decide to claim earlier if they have significant news like finding a member of the Wolfpack.
There are two intel roles for the village - the Seer and the Gravedigger, whilst the Wolfpack have an intel role of their own which is the Bloodhound. The Seer can only visit the living, the Gravedigger can only visit the dead but the Bloodhound can check both living and dead players.

Because of the Lycan, it can be argued that getting a Village check as the Seer is stronger than getting a Wolfpack check, as the Seer then knows that their target is definitely on their team.

The Diseased should be trying to present themselves as one of the more powerful roles to try to goad the Wolfpack into killing them at night, so the Wolfpack will lose a kill the next day. This can be difficult, because if they outright claim one of the roles, they may prompt their teammate to come out and counterclaim them.

The Bloodhound has a lot of flexibility in this set up, they can try to seek out power roles for future kills, or can check the nightkill target to discover if any power roles have been killed, potentially getting roles that the Wolfpack team can claim without being countered. If the Gravedigger is killed early on, this can be a particularly strong tactic, as no-one will be able to contradict the claims. The Village team should be wary of claims that seem all too straightforward.

Setup Explained

This is, as the name suggests, a fairly basic setup which would be suitable for people who are inexperienced at the game. The exact setup is known and there is no ambiguity about what roles are in play.

Players who are told that they are a Villager should be aware that they might actually be the Lycan.

There are two intel roles for the village - the Seer and the Gravedigger, whilst the Wolfpack have an intel role of their own which is the Bloodhound. The Seer can only visit the living, the Gravedigger can only visit the dead but the Bloodhound can check both living and dead players.
