When a player is concussed, instead of visiting their intended target they have a chance to visit one of the target's neighbours. They have a 33% chance of visiting their intended target, and a 33% chance to visit each specific neighbour.
Roles that visit two people - e.g. the Novice Tarot Reader and Arcanist will have concussion on their primary target only, which is the first target they select.
