The Children of Acer are a Village sub-faction. All members of the Children of Acer share a night chat, unlike normal members of the village.
All Children of Acer have the "Ancestral Lycanthropy" aura which makes them appear as Wolfpack to any alignment check.
They have no additional win conditions.
