Within the game, your neighbours are the players situated above and below you on the player list. The player at the top of the list is neighbours with the player at the bottom of the list. Within the game, your neighbours are the players situated above and below you on the player list. The player at the top of the list is neighbours with the player at the bottom of the list. While this mechanic is often not relevant to games, there are some mechanics which utilises it, including the Crippled mechanic and ACME Paperweights.
