When someone is item-blocked, any actions they tried to take using an item will be prevented. Therefore, if the item would normally have created a visit, that visit no longer happens. If the item was consumable, it will not be consumed.
Passive item effects are not affected by item-blocking.
When someone is item-blocked, they receive the following message:
This information is missing, if you are able to add it please do so
This message is sent even if there were no items to be affected.
If a player is item-blocked from more than one source, they will receive an extra item-block message per extra source.
Item-block does not stop an item from being passed, and has no effect on a player's role.
