The Tarot Deck is an item that can be used on a player each night. There are four types of Tarot Cards, all with the same item name. The most common type, referred to as Regular Tarot Cards, make the holder of the Tarot Deck receive two tarot cards upon checking a player, one representing either the alignment, killing status or witchcraft status of that player, and the other is randomly drawn from a different player in the game. The other varients can be found below.

Tarot cards allow you to check a player and get back one of their cards
You will be given two cards in the morning.
One will be randomly selected from the player, the other will be randomly selected from a different player in the game

Usage Text

When the Tarot Cards are used

Tonight you will check <AvatarName> with deck of Tarot Cards
Example result: The tarot cards you see are Magician, Death.

Possible Card Reads

There are 3 types of cards, Alignment, Killer and Witchcraft status cards. As you'll see below, some cards can overlap, e.g the Magician card can either stand for Alignment or Witchcraft status depending on the role. Some roles even have two Magician cards for that reason, as it is the case for the entirety of the Coven. More on the Tarot Card List page

Alignment Cards

Dove
Their alignment is seen as Village.
Hound
Their alignment is seen as Wolfpack.
Magician
Their alignment is seen as Coven.
Wood
They are a Puppet.
Balanced Scales
Their alignment is seen as Neutrals.
Death
Their alignment is seen as Undead.
Chains
Their alignment is seen as Damned.
Brains
They are a Zombie.
Brimstone
Their alignment is seen as Demons.
Shadow
Their alignment is not seen as any of the above, this includes factions like Vampires.

Killer Status Cards

Death
Their killer status is positive.
Dove
Their killer status is negative.

Witchcraft Status Cards

Magician
They are a Witchcraft user.
Labourer
They are not a Witchcraft user.
