The definition of what is and is not a power role can vary from player to player, however it is generally understood to be referring to anyone in the [[village]] faction who has a role other than [[villager]]. There are some roles such as [[lycan]], [[sleepwalker]] and [[insomniac]] that may be considered to be power roles by some people as there are ways to distinguish these players from normal villager roles, thus can be verified by others.
