When a player is Blighted, it means they have been marked by a [[Demons|Demon]] role or a demonic [[Items|item]]. On it's own, the Blight does nothing. However, should the role or item that performed the blight choose to do their Ignite action, everyone who has been blighted is killed (including [[Night Immune]] roles but not the [[Elder]]).

A source of Blight can only ignite Blight that it has created. Therefore, a [[Demon Lord]] cannot ignite blights caused by a [[Gauntlet of Blight]] or even another Demon Lord.
